No, we add 15-minutes at the front and back ends for every booked client. We'll coordinate with you the time to be in our video room and what time we'd expect your session to actually wrap.

We add 15 minutes to setup & discuss before your session starts and 15 minutes after every client sessions wraps.

Your selected time is how long the actual video recording portion will run. We can cover more topics, questions & explainers the longer your session is.

In order to add more variety to the multiple videos we'll capture in each 30-minute session, having at least one option to change your appearance will enhance your final product.

Customize your videos by incorporating various wardrobe choices, whether it's switching jackets, ties, or hairstyles, to maintain a vibrant and distinctive feel, avoiding a repetitive or uniform look.

Regardless of what background option you choose, all videos will be shot on 3, 4K cameras – 2x Canon M50's and 1 DJI Osmo Pocket 2 mounted on an Edelkrone Motion Jib.

The Canon M50's will be locked down and static on a tripod to give a straight on shot and side angle shot.

The DJI Osmo Pocket 2 will be mounted on our electronic Motion Jib to provide subtle, constantly movement from another side angle.

Having these 3 shots to cut back and forth will make your videos more visually appealing and hides cuts when there are pauses or "ums" in the performance.

Audio-wise, we'll have you mic'd up with a wireless DJI lapel mic, an omnidirectional mic, and a shotgun microphone mounted on a boom arm.  We'll be capturing audio on these 3 devices to provide the highest possible quality, to be able to remove any room tone / white noise, and serve as multiple backups.

Matt is going to be the Video Director.

Joel is going to be the Video Producer.

Matt's role will handle all of the A/V functions to make sure your videos look and sound as good as expertly possible. He'll also be focused on your physical and vocal performance and give you feedback if you shirt has a funny wrinkle, your hair has a fly-away or your voice isn't projecting enough.

Joel's role will be talking with you directly and prompt you with the right questions, setup context to each video topic and discussions about whatever specific topics you want to cover. He'll work with you before and during the shoot to make you appear as the exceedingly knowledgable agent you are.
